Jonio’s Olive Grove Estate & Accommodation offers accommodation in four units located at 62d Wayside Rd, less than five minutes drive from Te Kauwhata township. All units offer air conditioning, ensuite, SKY TV and Wi-Fi to ensure a comfortable stay. We have plenty of room to safely park and manoeuvre vehicles. The driveway is 400m away from the road and being in a valley, it is very quiet.

STUDIOONE | One Bedroom

This unit features an open plan living area with full Kitchen, large fridge and island breakfast bar as well as dining table and comfortable leather suite. Air conditioning, SKY TV and Wi-Fi complete the picture. The separate bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite and walk in wardrobe (it is possible to put a king single bed in the lounge if necessary).

This room can interconnect with STUDIOTWO and the door can be locked or unlocked on request. A ranch slider leads out to a wrap-around deck with two large tables and chairs looking out into the Olive Grove.

This compact studio offers cooking facilities, including large fridge, microwave and griller, as well as air conditioning, SKY TV and Wi-Fi. There is a queen size and king single bed. The spacious ensuite contains a washing machine and dryer.

STUDIOTWO | Studio

This spacious studio offers cooking facilities, including large fridge, microwave and griller, as well as air conditioning, SKY TV and Wi-Fi. There is a dining table, queen sized bed and a comfortable double sofa bed. The spacious en-suite also includes a washing machine and dryer.

This room can interconnect with STUDIOONE and the door can be locked or unlocked on request. A ranch slider is the main entrance to the unit.

STUDIOFOUR | Studio

This studio unit is attached to the end of the main house and has a queen size bed and a comfortable double sofa bed with ensuite, air conditioning, SKY TV and Wi-Fi. Cooking facilities include a large fridge, microwave and griller. A private deck looks out into the Olive Grove.

If you are looking to stay in the centre of Te Kauwhata township, Te Kauwhata Apartments offer quality accommodation right on the Main Street. These two units feature all the modern conveniences of home, including essential amenities such as milk, bread and juice to get you started. Local cafés, restaurant/bar and shops are right on your doorstep and a drop off service is available if required.

Located on the main street of Te Kauwhata, STUDIOFIVE offers one queen size bed and a comfortable double sofa bed, with full kitchen and open plan dining and living area. There is a good sized ensuite with washing machine, dryer and iron / ironing board.

STUDIOSIX | Te Kauwhata Apartment Studio+

STUDIOSIX is a very large unit with a full kitchen, dining area and large fridge, located behind STUDIOFIVE in the township of Te Kauwhata. The far end of the unit is closed off by sliding doors which open out to a sunny garden. The sleeping space contains one queen size bed and two king single beds, with a further queen size bed in the main area. There is a spacious en-suite with washing machine and dryer.
